Yesterday I found out that a boy who used to play with my brothers was pushed out of a window and died. I remember him, his general appearance, my brother remembered that he used to sell wrapping paper. Last night we saw the candle light vigil while leaving from my parents house after dinner. It’s very hard not to think about what I would do if I lost one of my brothers or family members or friends. I have been thinking about it, and it just confirms how much I care about everyone. I don’t feel a renewed sense of how much they mean to me because they’ve always meant so much to me.

Not the best thoughts for any day, much less a monday.
